yes. i am not fat or anything, i am actually getting leaner now. i always sweat during cardio. but then again i sweat from walking up three flights of stairs in the summer.
ya i do..I do cardio for 30 mins get my HR up to about 150 and I'm dripping afterwards all over the place.
kind of a funny quetion if you ask me of course your going to sweat.. unless you do 2minutes of cardio and call it quits.
what happens with me is that i sweat a decent amount for the first 7-10minutes but after that i dont stop but my body feels like it sets a pace and the cadio becomes very easy to do after that period of time, the only way i feel cardio works for me is if i do HIT intervals for like 20 mins. but the long duration still does work for me also.
I'm sitting here reading this post with a 20 inch fan blowing on me, and I'm still sweating and hot.

im doing 60 mins a day and when i finish i everything is soaked through.
