    cardio time

Is it better when trying to put on lean mass, to do my 20 min cardio routine before or after I lift. i have recently switched to after I lift and have dropped some body fat% but not really any weight. I do find though that my muscles look smaller and i have gotten a little weaker since I have made the switch which is ok if I still Gain a little lean mass I'll can spare some strength

it is best to do cardio in its own session, but if you have to choose, do it after weights.

If you are trying to gain mass, cardio shouldn't be even mentioned with the word workout.

Don't do cardio at all...if you must do it once a week or so in the morning on an empty stomach and take some glutamine before (seems to help) Post your diet in the diet forum.
