    Muscle memory

OK if you lost about 5 to 6 pounds of muscle while cutting, would it be hard to gain it all back if you hit the gym hard and kept diet in check considering muscle memory? like 2 months of lifting hard to get it all back?

I don't believe in muscle memory. You lose it then you build it again.

i believed in muslce memory, until i got injured and couldnt train for 8 weeks. i lost 20lbs of fat and muscle. actually about 7-8lbs of muscle. but i expected it to come back alot faster because of "muscle memory" but it hasnt. once u are done cutting and u start to clean bulk again u will gain wieght fairly quick off the bat, but i think that will be ur body getting used to the new diet and less cardio.
