okay currently am around 180 - 185 lbs.. i have been lifting 6-8 reps high weight looking to gain as much muscle as possible.. but what i need help with is who knows the best way to get maximum gains but i still want to loose a little stomach fat..

reveal those long lost abs.. im also around 5'10
use a rep range of 6-12, and the only way to loose BF is too dip into a caloric deficit.
