Monday-chest/3-4 exercises/3-4 sets per ex. / 12-8 reps per set (100 crunches)
Tuesday-lats/3-4 exercises/3-4 sets per ex. / 12-8 reps per set
Wednesday-shoulders(traps, delts)/3 exercises/3 sets per exercise / 15-10 reps per set
Thursday-Bi's,tri's,forearms/ 2-3 exercises per bodypart / 3-4 sets per exercise / 12-8 reps per set (100 crunches)
Friday- legs/ 2-3 exercises/ 4-5 sets per exercise / 15-10 reps per set
saturday and sunday usually off

when I say 3-4 sets and 3-4 exercises I meant if I do 3 sets, Ill do 4 exercises, and if I do 3 exercises I'll do 4 sets. So it alway comes up to 12 sets total, it just varies

This seems to feel good for me, I can get a good pump but, I was wondering if anyone thinks it may be too much exercise (5 days a week) or not enough for each badypart (only once a week)
