Alright, I recently started intirgrating lat workouts into my weeky routine. But I am having a problem... My right lat is huge compared to my left. Looking at myself in the mirror, from the front, my right one bulges way out, and the left is alot smaller, but I dont feel like ones stronger than the other... what can I do?
i would suggest doing alot of dumbell rows to isolate if you don't already do them.
I feel stupid asking this, but s that with a straight, or bent/curved back? thanks
if your referring to one arm rows, then yes your back should be straight, with good spinal alignment….never arch your back..Quote:

sometimes it depends on how ur flexing or posing .
but yeah try isolating the weaker one
wide grip pull ups have made a huge difference in my lat appearance, i would go with those for starters. also dead lifts will help ur over all back formation good luck bro
yeah i think it might of been how you were flexing. but i agree with justin, pull ups and deadlifts are the way to go
Thats actually how I started my lat workout is widegrip pull ups, even though I can only do about 7 really good ones.

Couldnt agree more. I do both religiously. Wide grip pull downs have added massive width to my back. And deadlifts are the single best way to get a solid base, hands down.Quote:
