    need lat help~

Alright, I recently started intirgrating lat workouts into my weeky routine. But I am having a problem... My right lat is huge compared to my left. Looking at myself in the mirror, from the front, my right one bulges way out, and the left is alot smaller, but I dont feel like ones stronger than the other... what can I do?

i would suggest doing alot of dumbell rows to isolate if you don't already do them.

if your referring to one arm rows, then yes your back should be straight, with good spinal alignment….never arch your back..

wide grip pull ups have made a huge difference in my lat appearance, i would go with those for starters. also dead lifts will help ur over all back formation good luck bro

Thats actually how I started my lat workout is widegrip pull ups, even though I can only do about 7 really good ones.
    thanks for the help

Couldnt agree more. I do both religiously. Wide grip pull downs have added massive width to my back. And deadlifts are the single best way to get a solid base, hands down.

Whether or not they will solve ur one sided issue is not for certain, sometimes that fixes itself tho with constant training
