Just make sure you do them in a slow deliberate manner, and hold at the peak for a second. These aren't meant to be done heavy, go really light, pick a resistance that you can get at least 20 reps in. Remember you're trying to warm up the shoulder joint and not damage it further. I am doing some internal, external rotations, but I would very much like to hear about the ones you suggest, so if you could elaborate a little on the matter.
