shaokah, Looks a lot more like it, you seem to be training chest and other body parts twice a week, I would say this is to much,
    You could think about..

    1Chest shoulder, tris,
    Off
    2Legs
    Off
    3Back biceps

    1Back
    2Triceps
    3Legs
    4Biceps
    5Chest shoulder

whenever i do a muscle 2 times a week i usualy make sure the 2nd time is about 60% the amount of sets of the previous time. so basically if i do chest 2 times a week 1st time will be about 18 sets, 2nd only 10 sets

Hmm, well i train chest on different ways...

Day 1 = Flat Benchpress, flyes and dumb bell behind your head ( dont remember the english name on that exercise )

Day 5 = Dumbbell bench when the bench is turned upwards.. ( dont remember the english word.. )
Flyes, and dumbbell behind your head

Isnt that ok ? even if i do 6 reps every time ?

If you are going to do chest twice, do the whole chest twice. Flat, Incline (bench turned upwards), Decline, Flyes and Pullovers (dumbell behind head). I do think it's a good idea to make one workout a "bar-only", and the other a "dumbell-only" workout. JMHO.

why do you need to train chest 2s a week?? it will almost definitely lead to over training if you use a traditional routine. With multiple sets..
