    skulls and your tris

been getting a pain in the inside part of my elbow when i come down with the bar over my head, its not a bad pain but it's enough to make me feel ify about skull crushers, what shouldi sub in their place, i still do DB overhead ext. with no problems and nothing else gives me problems except for skulls and im not too big of a fan of close-grip bench... dips maybe what do you guys think, im looking for something that will gives as much results as skulls...

When I get pain from SK's, I use the close grip bench presses as that's the best alternative for mass. I actually like close grips better for mass, then come SK's.

i have the same problem, u gotta go light on shoulder presses and bench presses also, cause all thses workouts puts a lot of pressure on the elbows.

really eh, ive been incorperating them in my workout, but it seems like my chest and shoulders take some of the load... should i pre-exhaust them first with say DB overheads?
