    Wink Sample supersets training program

Ok i am back from my physio and he has cleared me to train again of course i still have to do the posture rehab exercices he gave me but now i can weight train a bit more has well.

He told me to try supersets training, now i have no clue on where to start with this, i didnt even think of asking him for a program.

I cant lift heavy right now cause of the back pain.

Would anyone have a good superset training program.

How many times a week to train, and what to do.

    Thanks everyone.

i really love chest and back supersetting. i've also supersetted arms ( bi's+tri's) and legs. my favoritr for each would be dumbell flyes+pulley rows for chest and back, dumbell curls+close grip bench for arms and squats+stiff deadlifts for legs. i'm sure you could find some good workouts in magazines or the net.

Thanks JAYROD i will look into this, my physio for the back pain has given me flyes and pulley rows for posture rehab i will superset them.

I now understand more the principle of supersetting and will be able to apply it to my training.

Chest/back, triceps/biceps, and quads/hamstrings and i will see what i can come up with shoulders
