    Poor Pectoral Symmetry

(I posted this in the bodybuilding section but recieved no response, Mod feel free to delete the other thread .

This is my first post, but I have been viewing/learning for sometime. Anyway, Do any of you bodybuilders have any tips for pectoral symmetry. My left pec is lagging behind my right pec.

    Typical Chest Workout is:

    3x8 (185lbs+) Incline Press
    3x8 (90lbs (each)) Dumbell Press
    3x10 (hang a 25) weighted dips
    3x20 cable/machine flys

Strength seems equal on both sides but aesthetically my right side is dominant.

    Best regards,

Most people have a dominant side....my right arm appears much bigger than my left..right leg bigger than left etc..I don't think you should worry about it bro

It is hard not to, pecs are just so well positioned for comparison.
