Question My stats..what do you think???

Would you guys consider me strong or just average for my height and weight?

im 5'7 and my weight is 152
    BF is about 9%

    Bench: 190 (long ass arms)
    Squat: 225 X 13( i do these extremely fast)
    DeadLift: about 400

I also do the power runner machine for 90 secs with a 45 on each leg, same pace through the whole 90 secs( 3 sets). And for ten jumping reps, I put 5 45lb plates on each leg for a huge pump.

I really don't know to think about the 225 13 times for the squats. What do you think your max is?

it seems to help if you have a developed upper back/shoulders with heavy squats...if it hurts your shoulders..do u squeeze ur back together when ur holding the bar?
And does that mean you didn't try it you just racked it before you did one?

no...i deadlifted 400 only one time, im not lying to you guys....im asking you guys if my strength to weight ratio is pretty good.....i mean, im small, i think, but people are amazed when the see me lift because they dont think i can do certain weights.....i would post pics, but my computer wont read my digital photo program because ive had to do so many damn system recoveries. So give me your honest opinion, if you think im lying...fine rest assure, why would i even bother asking if i was?

o, and to answer chest6's question...i dont really know how to squat with perfect form, i think i did it pretty good, because this was my first time squatting. But, i did rack it before i did one because it seemed a bit heavy to me.

And am i suppose to squeeze my back together when im holding the bar?

I do, it contracts the upper back muscles. Even if it seemed heavy I would try it, but then again I wouldn't if you think you form is anything less than perfect you could hurt yourself and that might not be a good idea. I always like to ask if I'm correct when I am telling someone a tip, because I don't want to tell someone something when I myself am doing it wrong.

no your not strong for your weight.

i was benching, squatting more in HS during wrestling season at 130lbs naturally then you were mate. however i could not deadlift 400 at 130lbs but i was deadlifting 315.

still those numbers are good and keep up the hard training mate!

I think hes just stating he did it natural to give detail, I don't think he meant to make it sound like you weren't.
