i injured my shoulder last monday doing military presses, now it's a bit better but i still feel pain and weakness (i tried to do some pushups) the thing is i' in the middle of my Test/Deca cycle, so ever since the injury i've been working my arms, abs, and legs only (5 days now), my Q is, should i give it like 1 more week of rest or just stop my cycle and rest? thanx
