hey guys, i was wondering what chest workouts everyone does here because I've been doing the same one for about a month and a half now and i need to shock the F--k out of my chest, here's what im doin now..
barbell flat bench press
warm up set, 12,10, 8,8
barbell incline bench press
12, 10, 8, 6
barbell decline bench press
12, 10, 8, 6
cable crossovers
3 sets of 15 reps
