Chest routine gettin old..
hey guys, i was wondering what chest workouts everyone does here because I've been doing the same one for about a month and a half now and i need to shock the F--k out of my chest, here's what im doin now..
barbell flat bench press
warm up set, 12,10, 8,8
barbell incline bench press
12, 10, 8, 6
barbell decline bench press
12, 10, 8, 6
cable crossovers
3 sets of 15 reps

has your progress stopped? I would keep hammering it until it does. If it aint broke don't fix it.
But if your pregress has ceased then maybe try this. Do your cable crossovers before your benching to pre-exhaust the pecs. Expect your weight and or reps to be down on your benches though.

Ditch the crossovers for flyes?
Switch to dumbbells?
Try some volume training?
Do inclines first?
Get a spotter for some forced reps/static holds?

i would switch to dumbells and try starting with incline first, maybe through in some pec-dec flys and some incline flys also

n8or, i workout with my boy so I think rest about 60 seconds between reps.. im lookin forward to what routine you've got for me!
