For Delts..btn bbell; seated db press, or standing bbell press?

I have been rotating these exercises for the last two months. I began to take a log of my w/outs again, and I am progressing well. Left Delt and elbow are bothering, but I think it's from the heavy training I've been doing.

Since I want to monitor my gains, should I stick to one of these exercises for x amount of time and add 5 lbs each w/o? If so, for how long do I stick w the exercise before I switch?
Or, do i keep on rotating the three?
    Thanks

    hmm
    try 2 weeks of each
so u stregnthen in all areas.
u dont lack something by doing one ex for too long.
and when its time to go back to ex u done 2 weeks ago, when the rotation is done..
look back the weight u were doing and go on from there..

Collar, I only hit each bodypart once a week (except for abs & calves). Do you think 2 weeks would be enough to see a difference? That would only be two w/outs. How many times you hit delts/ week?

Well, I think see your point...If I go too long doing one exercise, I might lose something on the other?
I figure if you're getting stronger on one of these 3, the rest will go up too. What do you think?
However, it does feel strange after not doing btn bbel for a while.

I noticed alot of people do not like btn bbel press. It stresses the shoulder a bit more, but I've been doing that exercise for ever. Before my injury, I was repping with 275 btn and could do 295 6 reps (for two sets). Never had a problem.
