Strength Hit a Wall at end of cycle

I have hit a big wall and even gone backwards during the last two weeks of cycle and need some advice. Three weeks ago was benching 345 for two and the last few chest workouts have struggled with 315 for two. My chest is the only body part that I have lost strength. I work Chest with triceps together twice a week with 10-12 sets. I have concentrated more on heavy sets and need some advice. I have been doing flat bench staight bar as one of my exercises for about a year. Do I need to change things up?

1st, i won't combine chest and tris, because during chest work out, manily bench presses, ur tris takes care of a big portion of the weight, i think it's about 20-25%. so by the time u get to ur tirs work out u have already used'em up.
about changing the routine itself, that should work. i tried it before.
    good luck

try pre exhausting the tris..try doing them first and then benching. Also I would do chest/tris one day a week...bc even tho u r on a cycle u still need to recover. Try that

It looks like you are doing low rep sets. 1-2 reps. If I were you I would switch to Heavy 4-6 rep sets for about a month and then go back to the sets of douple or ones.

I hit a wall also and switched up and it helped a lot.

I'd have to say stay away from pre-echausting the tris

yeah! I mean the main purpose of a bench press is to work the chest.. I would if anything pre-exhaust the chest with flys or something instead(if you pre-exhaust the tris you can't possibly get a good pump in the pecs!!)

I wouldn't worry about it if it's just your barbell flat bench fluctuating. Mine can fluctuate 20-25 lbs depending on how well I ate that day. I temporarily lose some strength if I pound the old lady before going to work out too

dont beleive that the 10lbs came from that change. i moved my bench in 2.5 months over 100lbs. You do not want to do a small muscle group before the larger one. it will kill your bench. youll get the shaky arm syndrome for sure when you go heavy. The idea is to warm up the triceps by doing chest 1st and then blow the tris out the best you canb with whatever weight you can lift with good form.

no way natural.. I was on 500mg test e and winny.. I was benching 205x4 on day 1 and week 10 no more than 12 i was at 315x4.. as soon as i came off about 2 weeks after i was back at 315x1. The juice is major..

Actually this is quite normal.. I normally reduce my workload toward the end of a cycle to help balance it out a bit..
