    TV Ab products

Does anyone use any ab product bought of tv? I've never tried. List them all if they're good or if they suck.

i like the ab roller, like a wheel with 2 handles on each side, works good, but nothing works as good as cable crunches, and weighted leg raises

I like the one were you sit there and your abs get chiseled. I mean, I have never used it or anything, but if it's on TV it has to work, right?

What pisses me off is not the products themselves but the people that advertise them and how they take the poor people for complete idiots by showing fitness models and before after pictures.

Saying that the results came only by using thoses products which any good bodybuilder knows its all bull shit.

All theses frauds should be taken to court for all there bullcrap publicity

    AB One

Muscular Development did an article in July's issue on this topic and found that AB ONe produced the best recruitment of abdominal muscles for the products on TV. Never seen one or tried one, just thought I would pass it on.

I agree and would say the "products" are a waste of money. But i got the 8 min abs video...it is brutal on the abs and works really well. Plus you can dl it from limewire or ne other file sharing prog. for free.
Try it out and let me know what you think. I personally really like it.

LMAO. You know that guy only weighs like a 150 or something. Sure he is ripped, but he is tiny. I mean his head is almost as wide as his shoulders. But hey, when you are selling videos to overweight housewives, I guess it works.
