critique luca's chest routine
so this my chest/tri routine. wanted to see what u guys think, and if i got this part in order.
2 warmup sets flat bench
4 sets decline bench. 4-6 reps
3 sets decline db flyes ""
4 sets incline bench ""
3 sets incline db flyes ""
2 sets dips
3 sets pushdowns with the angled handle
3 sets behind the head extensions
3 sets rope extensions
3 sets ? (dont know what its called, but its on a cable machine with a bar that looks like a ez curl bar, were it clips to rotates. i use an underhand grip and extend down.

i dont think theres a point in doing decline presses, and dips, they are the same exercise-and dips are the better.
and then i personally would do the flys at the end!
- everyweek, switch up your workout so you have flat bench, so maybe one week flat, and incline, and then the next flat, and decline. or decline and incline,
