Workout Routine Check while on cycle.
I'm starting cycle
Test E 500mg wk 1-10
Dbol 30mg ED wk 1-4
Nolva
PCT
Ok i weigh 173lb 5'10 around 11% b/f
Wanted to get a good workout routine going. How does this look?
Mond:Chest,Bi's
Tues:Quads,Hams,Calves
Wed:OFF
Thur:Back,Tris
Fri: Delts
Sat:Quad,Hams,Calves
Sun:OFF
Shouls i switch calves on Sat to Calves with Delts on Fri?

This is what I do:
Day 1) Legs (hams/quads)
Day 2) Off (30 cardio for active recovery)
Day 3) Chest/Shoulders
Day 4) Back/Deadlifts/Traps
Day 5) Off (30 cardio for active recovery)
Day 6) Biceps/Triceps/Calves

i hit one mucsle group a wk, and ive found that this has helped me grow a bit more due to a longer period of recovery time... this is my current workout skedule
chest/abs
legs/calves
arms/abs
off
back/calves
shoulders/abs
off

I don't have any preset days off. I work shiftwork 7-3pm/ 3-11pm/ 11-7am. Rotating every week. Usually have 2 days off each week from lifting. Works for me!
