    critique luca's chest routine

    so this my chest/tri routine. wanted to see what u guys think, and if i got this part in order.

    chest
    2 warmup sets flat bench
    4 sets decline bench. 4-6 reps
    3 sets decline db flyes ""
    4 sets incline bench ""
    3 sets incline db flyes ""
    2 sets dips

    tri's
    2 warmups
    3 sets pushdowns with the angled handle
    3 sets behind the head extensions
    3 sets rope extensions
    3 sets ? (dont know what its called, but its on a cable machine with a bar that looks like a ez curl bar, were it clips to rotates. i use an underhand grip and extend down.

    sorry for not knowin the names of the tri's workout,

    i dont think theres a point in doing decline presses, and dips, they are the same exercise-and dips are the better.
    and then i personally would do the flys at the end!
    - everyweek, switch up your workout so you have flat bench, so maybe one week flat, and incline, and then the next flat, and decline. or decline and incline,

    actually incline is best for actual chest mass, i use to never do incline and do that shit outa flats and now that ive swithed up and only go real heavy on incline and real light on flats my chest hasnt stoped growing yet... chest if for deffinition of the bottom of ur pecs witch is y ill do light weight and not only that flats kill the hell outa my shoulders and inclines feel so dam good lol
