    Lightbulb I want the truth!!!

Ive asked this question on several boards in the past but always got mixed answers. LETS SEE IF YOU GUYS CAN HELP.

What part of the shoulders does seated dumbell presses target? Now my guess is the front and side delts. Others are saying only the front delts but the side delts are used as stabilizers.

I'd like to hear some opinions. THANKS GUYS.

All three areas actually, which is why d-bells are better than the b-bell.

Front and sides first/foremost, and rear delts secondly.
