    Arnolds biceps

I read in Arnolds book that the bi's are the fastest recuperating muscle and thats why you can work them with more sets...

    Is this true?

And, if it is, couldn't you work the bi's in more workouts, like calves and forearms?

i think biceps need just as much recovery time as anything else. i actually train my bi's less and theyve grown.

I did that and they grew too, but then again I did alot of sets and they grew and then less sets but more reps and they grew...

hmmm, maybe thats it, CHANGE. Change is good for growth.

Arnold was a genetic mutant on biceps.

Let me put it too you this way..Ive got 21 inch arms when they are pumped at a body weight of 225.

Ive tried Swole Cats version and Arnold routine for biceps. Guess which one works?

If you guess SC your correct. SC knows his stuff guys..Ive read many of his post and hes dead on..Arnold was from a different plantet or something???I honestly think Arnold exxagerated his routines but thats just my opinion.

Small body parts can recover a bit faster but they also get more work than larger body parts. For example your triceps are trained during chest and shoulder workouts.

Everyone is different. I do more sets/reps for growth.

NOT calling bs, but I would definately like to see a set of 21's on 225....thats my bw and would like to see how it looks. BTW i'm 6 3...how tall are you?
