Frequency of ab and forearm training

How often can you maximally train your abs and forearms?

    M split is 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off

I was thinking abs almost every training session, and forearms every other trainins session?

I don't know they need time to recover just like every other muscle, but they recuperate faster then other muscles so......

your forearms take a pretty big load most workouts. Think if you are doing something like deadlifts, shrugs, holding dumbells. I dont really see the need to work the forearms other than that.

Depends on the person really, mine respond only to hard isolation training on top of the deads and back workouts....some people only need the deads and shrugs to make their forearms grow.......

I do forearms twice a week. On my two off-days I do "extremity-work" ie. Forearms,Calves,Neck etc. For me, my other workouts don't pump out my forearms enough to make them get freaky.
