It doesn't look bad, but I only do one bodypart per day so it gets all my attention and it allows me to be more intense. I say that because say if I do chest and back on the same day I might not be able to do enough for back because I am tired from chest. This is what I do:
    day1-back and bi's
    day2-chest
    day3-shoulders
    day4-tri's and bi's (bi's depending on how I feel)
    day 5-legs
    day6+7-rest
This allows me to put my full attention into each bodypart and allows me to prioritize my weak parts.

Chest and back in the same day?? How the hell do you do that?? After deads and Tbar rows, and some lat exer., I'm ready for my protein shake.

Working chest indirectly involves triceps...and working back indirectly trains your biceps....AND forearms. You need a few days to rest those muscles to have effective recoop. time.
Then shoulders the day after?? That's triceps three days in a row.

This is what mine looks like.

    Day 1: Back, Abs
    Day 2: Chest, Tris
    Day 3: Bi's, traps
    Day 4: Legs,abs
    Day 5 off
    Day 6: Shoulders, calves
    Day 7 off

You see, every muscle has proper rest before it is worked again.I'm always fresh and always ready to go.

BTW...I recently JUST changed to this split...bout two-three weeks ago, and i'M LOVING IT.

    chest bi's
    legs
    rest
    shoulders tris
    back-traps
    rest

i do abs every second work out
this way you get tris and bis worked twice in the week because back and bi
and tri and chest so its split up nicely
