I used to train one body part per training session, and was really sore for the following 2 days
I am now training my Chest and Triceps on the same day and am having trouble getting my triceps sore.
This is also true for my Biceps
I'm training them on the same day as my back and cannot seem to get them sore either
When i trained my arms seperately i was able to get a really good workout and felt really sore for the next 2 days
When i trained 1 body part per training session i would never count how many sets i did.
I would just go by what my body was telling me.
Now i am training 2 body parts per session, i am also counting the number of sets i do (eg 12 sets for Chest and 6 for Triceps)
Why do you think i am no longer sore after my workouts?
Could it be because i am not concentrating on 1 muscle group anymore?
Is my training less intense?
Or could it be because i'm doing a different amount of sets?
Is is important to feel sore the day after a workout?
I always taken it as i sign that i've worked my muscles properly, that i've stressed them and they're trying to repair themselves
Is this true?
Is it important to feel sore following a workout?
Thanks for your help everyone
