Can anyone help my arms grow against summer ?
I'm 17 and training for somewhat a year now. Havent followed much "dieting" though and recently started working out with Bigkevs training scheme (which is awesome)
Well, now the problem, my arms measure 12" (pathetic i know i'm not on the fat side...) , and they really are my weakest body part,but i want to change that no matter what i have to do for it against the summer (well , somewhat like 60 days left...).
So does anyone has some help or tips on how to grow them as large as poss in 60 days and maybe what diet to follow ?

I tell ya what bro...i was 135lbs when i started and i didnt know what arms were, however they have grown better than any body part on me really...i always did 4-5 exercises 3 sets of 10, with 10 being failure..however i have now dropped to sets of 8 till failure...my advice is as heavy as u can go..if u get more than 8 ur not going hard enough
