    Exclamation Getting Confused!

    hi, i am 179lbs, about 5" 9, benching about 40kg and squwating about 110kg.
i have absolutly no idea on body building.
i know that diet is a very big part of it and am in the prosses of sorting that bit out but its the training i am gettting confused about as i have been told totaly differant ways of doing it.
here are a couple of examples that have been told are the best.

    1) find a weight that i find comfortable and do 3 sets of 15
    2) find a weight that i can only manage to lift 6 times rest 2 mins then do as many more as i can.
    3) do 10 on a weight just below comfortable, then 10 on comfortable, then 10 on higher, ie: 10x50kg, 10x60kg then 10x70kg.

im not sure if i have explained this good enough for you to know what i mean, oh and my goal is to bulk up and lose a bit of fat i have on my stomache.
plus i work 2 jobs so can only train 2-3 times a week.

    thanks for any help, ali.

basically #3..but you have it a little wrong. It's called a pyramid. Typically something like this..... get weight you can do for 10 reps, then weight you can do for 8 reps, then weight you can do for 6 reps. Make sure you go up in weight on every set, and make sure you do as many as you can on each set (failure).
