i've always done that and thought i was the only one, guess not. same as ironfreak, happens when i do heavy squats and even leg extensions. i am never bothered by it and i'm sure it's no biggie.

Im not sure why it happens. It happens to me after a heavy day of chest on my last few sets. I believe its because yer muscles are tired or maybe its because yer stabilizers are struggling to control the weight, either way it doesnt bother me much.

i agree with newlydesigned..maybe your stabalizers are struggling to control the weight. I used to have problems with my arms shaking when I'm benching but it doesn't happen much anymore.

I see this injury all the time in my office. rotator cuffs are messed up. Go see a professional.

I have already given you the answer in the other forum, up to you if you want to get it done or not. IT's your rotator cuff, trust me....I'm a professional and treat this all the time.

i think it happens to all people a little, ive noticed that some people either do it incorrectly or dont know that they are lifting too much. It could be that u just need time to work on that excercise and adapt to it if u dont do it often

I'm a powerlifter AND in medical practice, so trust me. This will occur IF the rotator cuff muscles aren't strong enough (have a pathology). Go get it treated immediately beforethis leads to worse problems (which it will).

i know the weight isnt too much for me, my mate said he thought it was, so i did 2 or 3 with just 1 arm to prove it.
