Is the juice killing my endurance?

I've been dieting and TRYING to run. I do ONE lap and my shins pump up huge and hard...so much that they cramp up and I can't run any further. At times my lower back does the same thing.
    Why is this happening?
    Increased RBC count?
I'm almost done with a Winny cycle, so I guess I'll be fine in a couple weeks?
    What causes this?

happeneds to me now that i'm on tren ..
by calves start hurting when i run.. someone suggested to me it's because my calves aren't up to par with the rest of my body.. i'm going to try to work on calves more, and see if that takes care of it.

My calves are fine...it's all in my shins...and not like shin splints, more like an incredibly achy pump.
