    please critique my chest workout

    I am 5-10, 173 lbs. 8-10% body fat.

    I'm guessing i max bench about 320 lbs.
    Ive started working out with heavier weights recently: warm-up 135: then straight to sets of 265, 2-4 reps, 3 sets, then the next two sets of 245 3-5 times, then down to 225 for 5-8. then some incline bench 3 sets and 3 sets decline.

    Any suggestions of how i can gain 10-20 lbs on my max bench?

    265 2-4 reps and u max 320?

    yeah its weird, cant even budge 330, i have real good stamina but i cant get the weight up. meaning that i can get 265 and i have real good stamina so i can get it usually 4 times

    That is weird, id think if u bench 265 3-5 times you couldnt even budge 300 let alone 320.... anyway if your stuck at that weight you may want to switch up yer routine. Maybe do a few weeks of high reps lower weight or different exercises, that might get you past the plateau. SHOCK THE SYSTEM

    Thats what I was saying..I would guess ur max is around 280-290.
