It looks alright I guess, nothing extreme. Id say get rid of a couple calf exercises, I dont think you need that many sets for such a tiny muscle.

Hamstrings are half of your leg mass, but I don't see any hamstring work.

It might help to do hams on their own day...Also you might want to try the 12-15 range for squats (higher reps for squats work for me)...Also doing all of your leg extention set BEFORE squats works for me too. JMO

yeah i do deadlifts on back day, but what is stiff legged deadlift. also do u guys do squats with the smith machine or without. i usually do them without until last week. i did it on the smith so i can get better form, but i heard that u dont use ur stabalizer muscle and its actually worse for u to use the smith.

The smith machine PREVENTS proper squat form.

Im pretty sure straight leg deads are still a back exercise with glutes and hamstrings being yer stabilizer. Also stay away from any and all machines. If you want to get big and not be in the same spot in 10 years use free weights and nothing but. Also heres a site to show you what a straight leg deadlift is
    http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...gDeadlift.html

    Hope that helps.
