    workout critique

    My friend that i work out with now wants to work out for 2 hours. He does 15 minutes of cardio - an hour for the workout - 15 minutes for cardio and half hour of BSing to people in the gym. Does anyone else think its insane to be at the gym for 2 hours a day. Also he does each bodypart 3 times a week and does like 20 sets per bodypart. anyone else think i should find another workout partner?

    ne1 that bs's in the gym is not a good partner

    i would find a dif. partner. i dont see how someone could find time to workout a muscle twice a week let alone 3 times, with 20 sets per muscle thats overkill. i dont see the point of cardio for 15 mins b4 and after. now that i think of it i think its physically impossible to do 20 sets a muscle and that muscle 3 times a week in an hour workout unless he is doin 2 a day's.

    he doesnt rest in between sets whatsoever
