    Do Abs help lifting...?

I don't work on my abdominal muscles. But do they really help at all in doing any types of exercises that would make or help myself gain mess, muscle, and become more toned? Also, I am having a hard time smoking...How do I quit? And Does smoking really do anything to become a negative on my muscles when working out

-person who knows nothing and needs your help.

You better believe it. Squats, Deads. Anything that requires you touse core stabalization.

How do you quit smoking? You have to want to quit!

LOL.You said you are "having a hard time smoking"...Looks to me that you are doing just a fine job at smoking and you have an addiction because of it.

I dont see smoking having any positive effect on recooperation or endurance.

How bad do you want it?.....that's the question you need to ask yourself.

90% of these guys on this board have discipline and knows what it takes to get it done.....Do me a favor....smoke that last butt then toss your carton away and let's get serious about you training ur body.....Remember you only have one body it's got to last the rest of your life.....

Remember if it was easy every Tom, Dick and Harry would be living a clean lifestyle and training hard.....

Your life changes today Bro.........and if you need support everyone is here to help you........Like the Hulkster says "Eat your Vitamins & say your Prayers"

Also....eat 6 meals a day, and train like your life depended on it...Good Luck Bro!
