2-3 days on 1 day off, medium to heavy weights, reps as low as 6, short intense workouts, no more than 1 hr.
Thats exactly what i do, as noted short intense workout no more than an hour. Focus on throwing heave weight around and no so much about strict form. Low reps are essential but you have to have the heavy weight also.Quote:
