    german high volume

    anybody experience good gains for this method of training?

    I use it in-between cycles. Generally my cycles are done with really low reps, concentrating on explosive movements...

    SO to reduce the chance of injury, between cycles, I use German Volume Training, since it necessarily requires much lower weights...and it's a decent workout.

    I use volume training from time to time, has worked good esp for legs (squats).

    my concern with this training is if 60% of your max is enough to stimulate growth??? poliquin seems to think so and he's very well respected...

    also how exaclty is this type of training suppose to increase strength im still kind of in the dark on how thats suppose to happen using this training routine?

    Could one of you point be towards an article or just flat out explain what this is and what it does, im curious. I know one of you will say search for it but I have and have had no luck. Thanks in advance.

    I love the program myself, gained 15 lbs my first time doing it(drug free) about 8-10 my second time. Definitely a great program focused on basic movements.

    did you use 60% of your max for your exercises??? also what did your split look like?
