    new guy here help me out fellas

    guys for some reason lately i have been gettin real lite headed in the gym and feelin like complete crap. In the summer when it was freakin hot as hell and nobody felt like liftin I was an animal in the gym. I dont know whats going on. If u guys have any suggestions please help

    try eating an hour or so before you lift.....are you taking anything at all? supps or gear?

    check you blood presure bro.
    if it's diet related then ok but IMO if it happens often go see a doc.

    Water. Enough potassium and sodium? (Try Gatorade or something like that.) Getting enough Iron? If you don't have enough Iron your blood won't transoort oxygen efficiently.

    Are you taking ECA, Thermogenic supps, diuretics? Those could cause dizziness.
