    Question Help with workout routine

I am 6'2", 185 pounds and I am 20 years old. I began taking cell tech about a month ago and I am happy with the results. I usually go to the gym as soon as I wake up and jog for 45 minutes before I eat anything, then I do my weight training and then take my cell tech. I have seen some great results but I am wondering if I am doing my workout wrong, like, should I being doing cardio after the weight training because I heard I will be just burning off the muscle I just put on. If somebody could just help me out and give me some pointers I would really appreciate it.

    Hi

Keep the cardio in the morning but not jog. Fast walk. Get your heart rate up to 135 bpm. I'd wait to have 2-3 meals in before lifting. I have better workouts when I do that.

You should be fine, but fast walking could do the same thing.

do cardio AFTER you lift, that way you have more energy to lift . a 5 min warm up is ok also.

I'm not taking protein right now. I have also cut out carbs and eat chicken and fruit and drink a lot of water, along with the cell tech, of course. I really wanna get my body fat down to about 12% and try to get a six pack.

do whatever cardio keeps your heart rate within your"target heart rate zone" and keep the 2 workouts separate like what was said above,
