For me it would go like this:
Week 1: 130, 140, 150
Week:2 160, 170, 180 (15RM)
Week 3: 170, 180, 190
Week 4: 195, 205, 215 (10RM)
Week 5: 200, 210, 220
Week 6: 225, 235, 245 (5RM)
Weeks 7-8: Option 1 5@245 Option 2 Eccentric only 2RM requires a willing spotter
Should I do this for all angles of the chest? With my rotator cuff on the mend, that would be a wussy first week of:
