    Run out of breath easy

When working out, I seem to run out of breath while doing a set. It is almost like my breath gives out before my muscles do. I notice this especially with pullups.

I am on a cycle right now so I am sure that has something to do with it.

    How can I correct this?

I don't do much cardio right now. Do you think doing consistant cardio would help my breathing?
