I am currently one week into a Test E 500mg/Decca 400mg per week cycle i am loading on Dbol 30mg per day for four weeks and looking to gain size. I am also looking to lean up and wondered what the best training method would be. High rep medium weight makes good gains when im off but i wondered whether i would make better gains doing this as i am hopefully less catabolic when on. Opposed to low rep high weight.
