Right now, because of work i only have 3 days a week that i can go to the gym. What do u guys think would be a good rotation to stick with. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Monday - Push
Wed - Pull
Fri - Legs/calves

I like the way you say you only! have 3 days,,that’s all the time in the world to train bro, there is a number of routine you can do, a push pull week like S/C recommended or you can change It around..Quote:

The list goes on, but remember that it is the hard work and consistency that will insure progress. a routine is just days when you train there is so much more that needs to go in to it. have a read do some searches ect, ect, ..
