Check Out My New Split
What'ya think about this one?
DAY 1: Back/Bis/Forearms
DAY 2: Quads/Hams/Calfs
Day 3: Chest/Tris
Day 4: Shoulders/Traps/Forearms
Day 5: Abs/LowerBack/Calfs
DAY 6: OFF
DAY 7: OFF
Trying to bring up my calfs and forearms with increased frequency.
I am currently cutting at 210lbs and 11%bf.
Comments/Criticisms welcome!
