    Why Am i Gettin headrushes??

    It seems like whenever i have been lifting lately i have been getting head rushes. MY face looks like a red baloon for some reason. This rarely happens ever and i wasnt sure if it was a bad thing or not? thanks!!

    I just ran my blood pressure test and it was 140, 137, and 132

    Im 18, IM using superdrol which has helped out like dream

    My pulse was 64 a minute. Is this healthy? what can i do to lower this. I workout around 6 times a week so I know excercise wont be the answer.

    How much do you weight? whats your bodyfat % ?

    Are you overdoseing on the superdrol?

    what does you diet look like? can you think of anything you ate during those times that is different from the days you didnt have them?

    do you have any allergies?

    Im always around 190, lil more lil less, I have no clue what my Body Fat is?

    I dont think im overdosing on it, I have been taking 4 a day for the past two weeks and after this week ill be done untill football season starts.

    My diet is a lot protein drinks, some non fat yogurt,oatmeal, no fast food or pizza. Its never been real strict because at 18 i thought I could avoid having a super strict diet for the meantime.

    I have been taking green tea extract and milk thistle everyday with this everyday as well. Thanks for the feedback

    could be the way ur breathing while ur training

    thanks guys, I get headaches off and on throughout the day, Im gonna really start whatchin my diet and see if that has any effect? Does anybody know if drinking a lot of tap water is bad? I Drink around 2 gals a day or more and sometimes it makes me sick?

    It happens to me during a strength cycle. The decline bench press is the main culprit. All the blood is rushing to your head already and then when you're straining under heavy weight for low reps, it'll intensify. It primarily comes from holding your breath before the sticking point. The breath holding keeps your body tight, under the heavy weight. Exhale through the sticking point. Have a spotter and you should be fine.
