    wrist injury

    I was doing my chest work out on monday, while doing incline bar press my hand slipped and the bar went on to my palm by my fingers. Now I have alot of pain in that wrist thats not going away. Has anyone had this injury? If so how long did It take to heal... Thanks

    propably couple weeks, get some Ibuprofen.
