GH And Squats/Deadlifts
I've always heard that doing these power moves (squats and deads) helps secrete more Growth Hormone ? Anyway, I don't know much about hormones. But does GH still get secreted when youre done with puberty and in your 20's? If it does, what are the benefits of it getting released in greater amounts due to squats and deads?

Never heard of it increasing gh but they will increase your testosterone production.

I've read/ heard something similar. I think Swolecat has posted the details as to how this works but couldn't find anything under a search.
