Reverse barbell preacher curls help build bicep thickness?

Does doing reverse barbell preacher curls, as seen here, help build bicep thickness (the brachialis)?

Yes... hits your brachialis quite well. Do them at a much slower pace then you would a normal curl, Brachialis responds better that way. Plus they'll burn like hell.

I like doing hammer curls with a rope on a pulley machine, it really fills out your bicep and forearm. Got my first bicep stretch mark doing this exersize.

Agreed bro, That exact one (double-rope/low pully)is the best I've ever come across hands down.

jsut try it out and youll see, the pulley gives you consistant resistant where as with free weights you have alot more posatives and negatives, you have to concentrate more on controlling the weight than actually lifting it.

    Yes.
Also I do this one last of three (fitting for pully work).
"Mass movements" are always done first.
    Works for me Bro.

Do you stand facing the rope when you do this, or do you stand over the rope and pull from between your legs?
