    445x4, modified conventional at about 170 lbs. I have a friend who lifted in the Texas Highschool Powerlifting Association. He pulled like 700 or so as a 17 year old kid at 198. He actualy weighed in at 192! Damn Texans. I think it's something in the dairy products down there.

    heh, made a 60 lb gain just cuz i thought it was time to stop being a pansy. that leaves me at 315 lbs deadlift @ 160 lbs bodyweight. i expect to be over 350 in a couple of months and well over 400 once i hit the juice...=)

    I pulled an easy 780 @ 240.5 at a sanctioned meet a couple weeks ago...set a new state record, earned best lifter, and won my weight class. It was my 2nd attempt weight. I should have pulled a 3rd @ 820 because I was definitely good for it. However, I was saving myself for another meet this weekend, which actually was canceled. I guess hindsight is 20/20...
