    whats harder to do

    shape muscles, or build size? im getting bigger still with low Bf but i was wondering how to get that shape meaning ripped look. i have low bf but i still cant see the six pack wwhy is that???

    the muscles just might not be that well developed yet. some exersizes will slim your weist while others will actually build the abdominal muscles, try doing decline sit ups with or without weight.

    ur bf isnt that low then if u dont have a sixpack and your abs are underdeveloped. Try squating more!

    For me it was alway easier to put on muscle mass with a little extra bodyfat. When you train naturally, it's very hard to put on much muscle when you are carrying a low percentage of bodyfat. Try getting your bodyfat measured to determine what your percentage is. You might be suprised when it's higher than you think. Secondly, add some resistance to your abdominal training to develop the musculature. For example, some heavy db crunches on a stability ball with your feet anchored will work wonders.
